At Alavora, we want every order to arrive in perfect condition. Because our products are skincare and personal care items, we can only accept returns or refunds when there is an issue with the product.
Returns are only accepted if your item arrives damaged, broken, defective, or if you received the wrong product.
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a short explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging so our team can review your request.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or returned due to a change of mind, unless the product is damaged or defective.
If your return request is approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method. Please do not send any products back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side, such as a damaged item, defective product, or wrong item being sent.
